The datasheet page contains broad overviews of each application covered, with detailed lists of all of the systems covered in the vehicle coverage lists page. The technical bulletins page has information on common issues.

Product support is available during the hours of 9.00 am – 17.00 pm, Monday – Friday on 0870 949 3623, this is to assist Autodiagnos users with the efficient operation of the Multi-Tester Pro.

Customers with non-urgent product support enquiries can also contact us using our electronic Ticket System. Just fill in the information on the on-line form and keep track of reported issues.

This service includes assistance (when required) with downloading new software from the website, or updating the Multi-Cartridge software from the CD issued to subscribers three times per year. Enquiries regarding application coverage and communication issues are also covered

If assistance is required regarding equipment repair, the support staff should be your first port of call.

 

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Returns

In the European Union (EU), waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is now subject to legislation designed to prevent the disposal of such waste and to encourage proper treatment measures to minimize the amount of waste ultimately disposed to landfill.
