When using the Mercedes application V3.28 I am experiencing problems communicating with vehicles fitted with the 38 pin socket.

We have looked into this issue and found that communications are being made correctly but we have a small problem which is preventing the menu being displayed correctly. To work round this issue simply press when you reach the 'blank' screen, this will select the item at the top of the 'Invisible' menu. From this point on the display should be OK. We are currently working on a fix and hope to release an updated Mercedes application soon.
