Jaguar and Hyundai applications are released!

We are pleased to announce the release of two new applications for the Multi Tester Pro. These latest additions are Jaguar and Hyundai. They will be included on the soon to be released Autodiagnos CD1-2011 and have been added to enhance the existing European and Asian vehicle coverage already offered.

Diesel Particulate and Fuel additive system overview

Introduction

Diesel particulate filters were introduced by vehicle manufacturers around 8 years ago to reduce the emission levels of common rail diesel engines through post combustion filtration. In essence the principle of diesel exhaust gas filtration seems simple; incorporate a particulate filter in the exhaust system to ‘clean’ the gases as they flow through, trapping carbon particles within the porous structure of the filter.

What is CBS?

Conditional Based Service (CBS) is an evolution of BMW’s standard service indicator system (SIA) previously fitted across the model range. It was first introduced in 2002 when the ‘new’ 7’ series model was launched and is now a standard feature on the following models
